1. Overview & Subscription Model
Avenir Tech provides fully managed, hosted web solutions on a month-to-month subscription basis ($25.00 AUD per calendar month). Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe until cancelled by the Client.
2. .com.au Domain Registration & auDA Compliance
All .com.au domain names registered through our service are provisioned in strict compliance with the Australian Domain Name Administrator (auDA) Licensing Rules. The Client must hold an active, verifiable Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN) with a direct connection to the requested name.
3. Domain Vesting & Early Release Administrative Fee
To subsidize the initial costs of DNS infrastructure, domain registration, and static asset deployment, complimentary standard domain name registrations require a continuous billing active tenure of twelve (12) consecutive months.
(a) Early Cancellation: Should the Client cancel or dispute their subscription prior to completing twelve (12) consecutive payments, the domain transfer authorization code (EPP / Auth-Info) will be released upon payment of a one-off Administrative Release Fee of $99.00 AUD (incl. GST).
(b) Post 12-Month Transfers: After twelve (12) consecutive months of active subscription, the domain may be transferred away to any nominated registrar at zero fee.
(c) Premium Domain Exclusion: Domains categorised by registries as premium, aftermarket, or priced above standard annual wholesale rates ($20.00 AUD wholesale) are not eligible for inclusion and require separate client funding.
4. Support & Updates Policy
Subscription includes ongoing hosting, security patches, Australian edge deployment, and standard content adjustments (e.g. updating phone numbers, service descriptions, suburbs served, or adding job images) handled directly by our engineering support desk. Substantial multi-page expansions or bespoke application builds are quoted separately.
5. Termination & Suspension
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time through their client portal or by contacting support. Following cancellation, hosting terminates at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing month. Accounts with payment defaults exceeding seven (7) business days are subject to automated DNS unpointing.
